Septic work isn't glamorous, and nobody calls because they're having a good day. That shapes how we do it: show up when we say we will, explain what's actually happening under the lawn, and give you a straight answer about what needs doing now versus what can wait.

After more than 15 years of pumping tanks, chasing down blockages, setting risers, and digging up distribution boxes around this corner of New Hampshire, there aren't many surprises left. A lot of calls get sorted out on the phone before anyone drives anywhere — and if we do need to come out, we bring our own equipment, including a John Deere 35 mini excavator, and handle the excavation side ourselves.

Being family-run and local means the work follows us home. Our customers are the people we run into at the hardware store, so the job gets done the way we'd want it done at our own house — cleaned up, explained, and priced from a free estimate rather than a surprise.
